- Insurance Card: Bring your dental insurance card so we can verify benefits on the spot.
- Decision Makers: If this is for a child, it helps to have both parents present.
- Questions: Write down your concerns. Do you want Invisalign? Are you worried about cost? Ask us anything!
In many cases, we can even start treatment the same day to save you a trip back!
